#asktheexperts my 21 months old daughter is drinking around 1.8 ltrs of fluids a day including milk. Is this normal?

A. While the Dietary Guidelines suggest that 2-year-olds can have up to 20 ounces of milk per day, it may be a good idea to begin limiting milk consumption—particularly if your child is a voracious milk drinker—so it doesn't interfere with the development of healthy eating habits.
