AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Constipation is common in néw born babies. Babies can go without poop for 5-6 days altogether and even more. So no need to worry. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out fart without difficulty then no need to worry
