#asktheexperts my 2.5 month old baby feeds for 5 mins and then plays for 1 hours and then struggles to sleep . Always keeps hand in her month while struggling to sleep . How can we improve this

A. Just keep your child on the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes after feeding gently rub the bag that will help in better digestion and hopefully the child is going to get into the sleepy mode that way so that’s going to be quite a good option for you to do

Q. my 2 month old baby doesn't sleep peacefully, he has disrupted sleep in a day he sleeps about one hour sometimes half hour wakes up and is awake for almost 4 hours then again sleeps for 1 hour and then awake for 2 to 3 hours. at night he sleeps for upto 4 yo 5 hours feeds and then sleep for 3 hours. is this behaviour normal?
