#asktheexperts my 1st question is why my daughter is always moving while sleeping? & 2nd -Which solid food I give her first time she is turning 6 months this 11th?

It’s all normal and common
No need to worry
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Stay hydrated
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge cereals etc
