Q.
#asktheexperts my 16th month baby boy is not accepting cow milk. He asks for Breastfeeding. Also he is not sleeping without nursing (uses like a pacifier). Kindly suggest some tricks to wean and to encourage him to drink other milk.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Its Just an addiction to your breast you should ask your doctor to advise you with some medicine to reduce down and dry up the breast feed in the meanwhile start applying neem oil onto your breast

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. I have weaned him from day feeds but the problem is sleeping feeds. Tried quiting it but he keeps on crying for more than 2 - 3 hours.
Also I am not using pacifier.

Hello You should actually quit breastfeeding then only things are going to work in your favour so once you quit breastfeeding you will see that ultimately a child is going to accept any other feet that you are giving also you need to put pacifier to the child if you are giving
