Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu whereg most of the time supportive treatment is given. alongt with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl2 years agoA. You can use nasal drops one drop in each nostril and you can again repeat it after 5 hours if you needed as that is going to be the best solution for you and also you can give indirect team inhalation to your child
