Namaste Mom, For the 10 year old get his calcium and vitamin D levels checked . morning sunlight exposure and also massages . calcium rich foods such as ragi, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits , milk , legumes such as lobia , chana , sprouts can be included in the diet.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 months agoA. A 10 year old child is big enough I think it would be just you to growth pain and nutritional efficiency so you can kindly check with your doctor on that they will advise you to a seven month old child if you’re making it home at home you can give it
