#asktheexperts My 10 months and 3 weeks old baby boy has frequent poop more than 10 times within 24 hrs, sometimes watery and sometimes semi solids since last 3 days . and fever of 38 degree Celsius since last night.

you may give CALPOL drops, enterogermina tube for it.
increase breast feeding your baby, do gum massage , give clean teether to chew.
