#asktheexperts My 1-yr old baby girl s been having fever from last 2 days. The max was 100.8• F. Once loose motion passed. Otherwise happy and playing when not in fever. Doc prescribed Dolo drops or Ibugesic plus (if Dolo doesn’t work). I wanna ask if the temp rising and lowering is normal like this for a few days?

A. Yes it is completely normal with medicine it will come down but if fever has a nature to write again in 3 to 5 hours which is why the medicine is advised to be defeated every six hours but this is also true the fever doesn’t subside maximum within three days then the fever is not normal it could be associated with any other degree of fever
