This is due to teething.
Clean the mouth area with soft cotton cloth to avoid rashes around the mouth area.
Give ur baby teethers as they put pressure on gums and give relief to baby from pain and itching during teething. U can buy #Babyhug teethers that are BPA free and non toxic
