ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. continue with calpol and tepid sponging. If persistent for more than 4 to 6 days,OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed ,consult your paediatrician
