#asktheexperts my 1 year 4 months old boy had tried to eat napthalone balls when he was biting I saw him and took it out and washed his mouth . any thing serious

A. clean the oral cavity of the child and wait and watch. if there is no vomiting then there is no need to worry but if vomiting occurs then you can give vomiting medicine and then meet your doctor. whether poisoning or any prorblem will occur or not only time will decide and the doctor will give symptomatic relief with the help of antacid medicines. whether any laxatives rare required or not will also be informed by the doctor. try to give easily digestible food to the child and regular fluids
