#asktheexperts My 1 month old baby is having only right eye yellow discharge. What does that mean?? No redness no swelling is there. Only discharge. Is the anything to worry?

A. Maybe the eyes are dirty so keep cleaning the eyes or eye of your child regularly with cold water that is going to help after continuous cleaning every three or five hours the problem is happening then it would be good to check with your doctor ones because this which is difficult to say what maybe happening
