Q.

#asktheexperts my 1.5 months old baby girl taking formula feed as per her choice, I mean sometimes (2/3 times in 24 hours) she takes 50ml to 60ml and most of times she takes 20ml/30ml/40ml, in 2/2.5 hours interval. She passes urine (6-8 times a day), stool (1 time a day). But she takes the above feeds. Can not force because she splits up sometimes (not in last 2/3 days). Is this feed normal? please reply.

A. Yes feed on demand. Make sure she gets enough. No issues if s baby tummy is full then chekx if passing urine 7-8 times in 24 hours and if baby is looking content after every feed. And your breast may seem weightless after feed. If so baby is getting enough feed. Babies don't starve. They will sure cry if they are hungry. Just burp well after every feed. If baby is feeling content after feed then no isseus it means baby had fed well.
