A. Hai good evening !! Give protein,calorie rich foods for muscle strength and also for weight gain. Full fat milk,curd,paneer,ghee,cheese,butter,dal(pulses) nuts powder,egg,meat these foods in regular diet helps in muscle strength and weight gain.
