I have plenty of fluids in your diet and also you can increase the intake of proteins apart from that I think it would be great if you start taking a lactation supplement usually helps a lot in increasing the feeding so that also is going to be very good option for you to proceed with you can take Shatavari powder three times in the day with warm milk
