NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello being positive the mother can feed the baby taking necessary precautions as bm will help build immunity 8n baby and she can wear a mask while feeding the baby and also maintain a proper hygiene which can be help or give expressed milk using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
