A. hi if child is breastfed baby ,it is caused by imbalance between foremilk and hindmilk. so , please feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well. or it might be reaction to the food which you ate. so please make changes in your diet. mam,if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about it.
