Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. since your baby is too small you should get the baby seen by a pediatrician and only then give medicine. it could be some kind if allergy or due to excessive dryness. if you are saying full body then better to check with a doctor. use a mild soap for bath and powder to wash baby's clothes.
