#asktheexperts meri beti 5.8 years ki h usko last 1 month se nind ki ..problem ho rahi h so jati h time se but 2 3 hrs me hi uth jati h mene pucha beta apko koi galat dream to nahi aya but she said no.. and she is very active

Okay so try avoiding the daytime nap totally for the child and get your child exhaust to the extent that your child just wants to sleep try doing that this will help and if this is also not helping then you can take a reference with the Dr on that
