Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. white spots on the nail most commonly occurs due to trauma on the nails. very rarely it might be associated dwith nutritional deficiency and most commonly iron deficiency. no treatment is required and gradually the white spots will disappdear
