Maybe it could be due to dryness in the skin that is why your child is having irritation and that’s why the child is itching all the time I don’t know which all doctors have you visited till now but if you haven’t seen an ENT doctor please visit them because they have an expertise in the area and they will assist you according to the problem that’s that
