White spots could be due to dryness or sometimes it could be due to deficiency of calcium you need to check with your doctor so that you can proceed with the right solution to the problem and the weight should be at least 500 g in a month accordingly you should evaluate

The skin condition can be pityriasis Alba which is a common and harm less skin condition in children and young adults seen most often on the face, neck and arms. The typically fade away on their own and treatment usually involves moisturising the skin. Maybe you can try using Babyhug advanced sensitive, pitch, Milk body lotion, and cream for your baby. Baby should be gaining at least 400 to 500 g per month in the first few months after birth. And your baby is doing absolutely fine.
