A. mam mera baby ne 22 month se. feeding krna band kr diya ta abhi wo 2 years ka ho gya h , mere left side k breast me pain ho rha h 8 ,10 din se , toda tight bhi lg ra h upper side me , me kya kru

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2 years old and he is having a fever upto 100.3 degrees then give him plenty of water and syrup calpol 15 mg/kg at every 6/8 hours

Hi Apart from the medicine for fever that you are giving to the child you also start doing cold sponging on the forehead and behind the knees that really helps a lot in bringing down the temperature faster than usual so along with medicines if the fever is more than hundred degrees fahrenheit you should always try doing cold sponging also
