A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak f sentences properly. if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you neefd to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. Mam this way it would be difficult to say if your child is understanding every thing then could be a little bit of delay in the speed but still to be on the safer side I would advise you to one’s crosscheck with a child psychologist get a behaviour chart of your child and or further assistance can be provided on that basis onlyWrite Your Answer Here
