A. Make sure the child is taking good healthy foods everyday and is well hydrated and is getting adequate sleep. He should get atleast ten hours of night time sleep. Also try avoiding screens. Even after altering the lifestyle, if the child gets tired then consult with a doctor to see if there is any vitamin deficiency.
