Rekha GuptaMom of a 5 yr 1 m old boy3 weeks agoA. Hello dear, yes you can give Swarnprashan but give authentic and genuine one. We are giving Babyorgano Suvarnprashan to our child and it is very good but you have to give it consistently for 6-8 months to see results.
