ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello mam teething mein kayi baar aisa hota hai par fever jyada tej nai hota and agar fever tej hai to ane pediatrician ko check karayein. and loose motions pet ki inf Karan hai jo ki gande hath muh mein daalne se hota hai.. baby ke aas paas saaf safai rakhein n uske hands wash krate rahein.

So You can continue with for a paracetamol for 24 hours to 72 hours if needed and still if the fever does not subside after proper medication also then it would be important for you to consult a paediatrician for a check up and a better course of medicine for this
