A. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examindation and specific treatment. clean the area dwith soap and water

A. This is looking like some kind of an injury or cut into that area kindly apply beta Dean ointment and the swelling is also seen so you can keep ice cube onto that area to settle down the swelling and please consult your doctor and the pain is there you can give paracetamol to your child
