#asktheexperts Mam my son is 1 month old baby. he won't sleep properly. Barely he is sleeping 12 to 13 hrs.

Make sure the baby is taking adequate feeds Your baby should be peeing anywhere between six to ten times a day under normal weather conditions which means the baby is feeding well Also make sure the room is dimly lit and there is less noise. You can play a soothing lullaby or white noise while putting the baby to sleep.
