A. You can give ginger juice mixed with honey and a pinch of black pepper 3 to 4 times in the day for home remedy this is the best thing that you can do along with that nebulising the child and giving steam indirectly will also help but ahead of that for proper oral medicine I suggest you to please consult your doctor
