It’s only given once since six months you don’t have to give it regularly so you can give 200 MG if you want to go ahead with deworming the child you can give half of the medicine in the first night and another half after 14 days to complete the course and then you can repeat it the same way after six months if you need to before you start giving deworming please confirm with your doctor
