#asktheexperts Mam, could you please suggest a diet plan for my little one? He is 14 months old now.

Author of questionGuardian of a 1 yr 3 m old boy5 hours agoA. Thank you, Mam. Actually, I’m following the same diet plan, but he isn’t eating rice properly. Apart from that, he’s doing well with the other foods.

Practically there is no diet plan in this age you are advised to give all the force to the child whatever you are making at home for the whole family for breakfast lunch and dinner should also be given to the child as moderate amount of protein in every meal should also be offered
