ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 weeks agoA. Make sure the baby us latching properly like while feeding the entire nipped snd most if the outer part is in mouth of baby and never forcefully detach baby from breast check fir any cut on nipple if yes then apply coconut oil

So latch your baby well onto the breast and make a good skin contact with the baby while you breastfeed to avoid push and pull. Keep yourself well hydrated all day. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
