A. you will have to go for light exercises gradually and also you have to meet a dietitian who will tell you what diet is proper according to your current lifestyle and aage. simple yoga surya namaskar pranayam will also help in weight loss. regular walking will also help in decreasing the way as well as decreasing the tummy fat. take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.

A. With Proper exercising and dieting if you do both the things together and so you definitely get really good results which will be permanent and good enough to go for.. so u should go ahead with that for sure .. That way it would be beneficial for you in the long run also
