Give one boiled egg per day. Give almond milk, soy milk and tofu. Give ragi and brown rice. Give lentils like urad dal and moong Dal. Give chickpeas and green peas.

Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, butter, cheese, home made paneer and curd. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them.
