#asktheexperts ma’am one query I have due to sudden change of weather he caught by cold and cough. I don’t want to give him medicine please suggest me better

Okay so if you don’t want to use medicines the three things that you can do right now is First is giving steam indirectly second is nebulising the child with saline water and third is that you should take some mustard oil add some rock salt chopped garlic and carrom seeds into that heat the oil and with that you should do massage on neck chest throat back and feet of your child and then do hot compress on all the three places other than feet that will also help
