#asktheexperts lot of hairfall almost half of volume reduced after delivery what should I do to stop hairfall and to increase volume

You should a art taking a calcium and Vitamin D3 supplement on regular basis at least fir two to three months abd have green leafy vegetables and massage your head with coconut oil infused with methi dana onion juice abd curry leaves abd also use rice water

Apply coconut oil mixed with onion juice on the scalp to stop hairfall..
Coconut oil is best for hair growth..
use pure coconut oil like babyhug cold pressed coconut oil which is pure and additive free.
Also have diet rich in protein to control hairfall
