it is important to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in children followed by any type of food which is causing allergies and do not give cold water or ice cream and keep the child immunized for influenza that is give flu vaccine yearly and you can also go for home remedies regularly like tulsi ginger and honey and turmeric with milk

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello immunity increasing food in the diet will help your child and also you can put nasal drop or use instant rub from babyhug which is affective and in regards to other medicine it would be better to check with your doctor and she can guide you accordingly
