A. Hello! You gradually start, including all the food groups like Dal chawal, Roti, Sabzi, seasonal fruits, and vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s daily diet. If the family is vegetarian, then you can also introduce that gradually small quantities. Check with your doctor for further guidance.
