Q.

#asktheexperts Its been 40days after delivery and am still not able to breastfeed my baby due to low milk supply, I’ve also tried milk powders and medicine to increase the milk supply but not helping!! What can I do to increase my milk supply??

A. hi mam , some food items like sprouted fenugreek seeds ,cumin seeds , fennel seeds water, drumsticks soup etc are best for this try different feeding positions and give more and more breastfeeds to your child because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced naturally. but make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply.
