Q.

#asktheexperts It takes a lot of energy while doing the potty. Also the stool is too tight. Please advise

A. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given onlfrgy in medical supervision .

A. Hello dear parent! Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Burp your baby after every feed. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Good luck and take care
