A. Hello dear parent! It is a normal finding in the early days after delivery. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Take your post natal supplements on time as prescribed by your doctor. Regularly apply coconut oil or almond oil to your hair.
