#asktheexperts is it ok to start solida at 5 months. if so what all can be fed to my son who is 5 months

A. Hello! Ideally semi solids and other foods should be introduced only after six months completion. Until then it is either breastmilk or formula milk for the baby. This is to ensure that your child digestive pattern is not compromised as it is still in the developing stage.
