A. Colic in babies usually starts around 2 to 3 weeks of age and typically peaks at 6 weeks, gradually improving by 3 to 4 months. In most cases, it resolves on its own by the time the baby is 5 to 6 months old. If your baby continues to show signs of colic beyond this, or if symptoms are severe, it’s best to consult a pediatrician to rule out other causes like reflux or allergies.
