#asktheexperts Is both crocin 120 mg and calpol 120 mg same or does it makea difference....pls explain...

A. Hello ma’am Both are different doesn’t matter if they both are 120 MG Crocin is specifically for fever only whereas Calpol can be given for fever and stomach pain as well.. So if your child is having fever go for paracetamol or something but if your child has other issues then consult your paediatrician before you go for any kind of medication
