#asktheexperts inspite of giving a balanced diet comprising of fruits vegetables and cereals milk weight again of my baby is not as per standard. Kindly guide

A. Don’t worry about weight gain if baby is active and eating well add nuts protein rich foods in his diet and give one banana per day sweet potato pumpkin boiled potato can ge guven twice a week and add desi ghee in meals

A. Hi parent if you're child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
