Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. production of breast milk is a continuous ongoing process if the baby is feeding frequently in every 1 to 2 hour the mother milk is sufficient for the baby if production is proper

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm .The more you feed the more milk production will be there. u can also have mothers horlicks with warm milk twice a day to improve lactation
