Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. breastfeeding is the best alternative medicine that you can give to the child because it contains antibodies as well as ingredients which will help in decreasing both cough and cold in two or three days and in that time you can give nasal saline drops which does not have any side effects
