#asktheexperts Iam mother of 3 months old baby. I have 100degrees F temperature and body pains. I gave mother's milk only to my baby. Can i take any medicine plz give me suggestion🙏

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold spognging of theg whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

Crocin Is the safest medicine you can take this medicine it’s one of the best ones to go for and also if your cold or cough you can take steam you can nebulise yourself you can take all the basic medicines that you want to take if you are suffering with fever or any other issue associated
